Kakadu

Kakadu is a large national park around the deltas of the Alligator rivers. It is a forested area with wide stretches of wetlands, hosting a large number of bird, insect and other animal species, including both salt water and sweet water crocodiles (actually the naming of the 'Alligator' rivers was a mistake of the early visitors who thought that the crocodiles were alligators).
