On 28 November 2006 (10:45 am) our little girl was born:
Kyrah Rori
We named her Kyrah Rori (pronounced as Kee-ra).
Kyrah is derived from the old Irish names Ceara and Keara, which are linked to a wife of Nemed (one of the
legendary early invaders of Ireland) and to a saint from Kilkenny. Kyrah
is also a Greek name, meaning "lady", a Greek title of respect for a
woman.
Rori means red-head, as we expect her to become one with her
Irish blood.
